Joanne facilitates confidential conversations with individuals and couples that opens up space for an exploration of problems, associated trauma (micro or macro) and focuses on what it means to you to reconnect back to self, by using developmental models of therapeutic change. By developing an awareness that when core needs/values are compromised, maladaptive emotional/behavioural patterns are created as a pattern of survival. Joanne facilitates an understanding of this conflict to improve the relationships with self and others, by noticing what gets in the way of experiencing a wealth of well-being
