My focus is on helping people make sense of challenges they are currently experiencing, clarify what is important to them, and take steps to make desired change. My approach to therapy is person-centred, collaborative, and aims to meet the unique needs of each person.

I have clinical experience working across a range of settings, including adolescents and adults; working with families; working with Maori and Pasikifa clients and whanau; and working with a range of difficulties and levels of distress. I integrate a number of therapeutic models into my practice including ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT, and Mindfulness.
